Last night’s Autumn concert was a roaring success with record numbers of musicians and singers taking part, some for the first time of course. It was great to see our Guitar club perform two pieces for their first ever appearance, and very exciting to welcome Yanna Zissiadou, who joined Ms Lane in the Music Department in September, for her first Pate's concert! For anyone who didn’t make it to the concert (or would just like to hear them again) please do take a look at our a capella group’s warm up rehearsal (here) – totally inspirational!

I know that everyone who attended the concert last night would like to join me in thanking Ellie Lane, our Director of Music, and her colleagues for putting on these concerts and for all the rehearsal time involved, but particularly for inspiring so many girls and boys to want to perform such a huge variety of musical entertainment, to the very best of their ability!

Come to my home if there are other options for me it seems silly propecia online and it is here that you can hear a lot of interesting facts about which you have at no time heard of.

In whole school assembly this week the newly elected School Council members introduced themselves and reminded us of their election pledges, full of spirit and good humour!  I am sure they will be very gainfully employed  and articulate spokespeople for their year groups.  Today in school the Charity Committee held one of their epic extremely popular Krisy Kreme donut sales and managed to raise £676 for their chosen charities!   Well done to them (and thanks for the donuts!).

Just a reminder that tonight is Auction night in support of the boys’ rugby tour to South Africa, starting at 7.30pm (doors open at 7pm) in the hall. Please click here for a reminder of the lots – there just time to send in any last-minute silent bids This email address is being protected from spambots. Would you or someone you know would like to have a stall at our German Christmas Market in school on Saturday 12th December from 11-1? Year 7 and 8 will soon be preparing their stalls, games and food all with a German theme. This is also an opportunity for stallholders to have a table and sell their wares. Student stalls are also very welcome!

School Gateway Update: Please note that School Gateway will be offline for Scheduled Maintenance on Friday 20th November between 5pm and 5am next day. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do you have a room to let? We have had a request from a parent looking for a Monday to Thursday (term time only) twin room to let in the Cheltenham area. This would be for a mother and daughter (sixth former) and would require bath (rather than shower); access to a kitchen; not too many stairs; parking for 1 car. (The family could provide the beds if needed and wouldn’t need to use a lounge.) If you might be interested and able to offer a room at a reasonable rate please contact Mrs Collier (here) in the sixth form office in the first instance. Thank you.

Finally, congratulations to Sophie Crane and Tsvetana Myagkova and who competed in the recent sixth form Mathematical Olympiad for girls and were awarded certificates of distinction, which I presented in assembly last week.

Yours sincerely
